Katy Perry is in the news today, not because she has a new song out or because she was pictured getting handsy with her boo, Orlando Bloom. The reason is this: she has a new shoe line and it’s gorgeousness in every pair.
Speaking to Footwear News about her journey to becoming a shoe designer, the singer said, “[Footwear] was a part of me that needed to be carefully created and developed, and I had to weigh a lot of my options. So for about three years, I was educating myself on the business and [thinking about] who would be a great partner.”
The Katy Perry Footwear, much like the singer is “vibrant, expressive and defining.” The different pieces are a testament of the ‘Roar’ singer’s fierce and colourful personality.
